Introduction
The Mechanics of Advanced Materials research group in Beijing Institute of Technology has three faculties: Professor Jiawang Hong (Overseas High-level Young Talent), Associate Professor Xueyun Wang and Associate Professor Yingtao Zhao. The group focuses on the multi-field coupling in advanced functional materials and energy materials. Related researches have been published on Science, Nature, Nature Physics, Phys. Rev. Lett., Extreme Mech. Lett. etc. The group has a strong academic atmosphere and active international communications. Many of the students have won prizes such as the National Scholarships, The Doctoral Seedling Fund of Beijing Institute of Technology, The core project and team project of Graduate science and technology innovation of Beijing Institute of Technology, and The Top-Notch Innovative Talent Training Project of "Hump Leading".
